When will my order arrive?
Depending on the popularity of the product you purchased and your location, your order can arrive between 2 - 6 weeks.
Please keep in mind that some of our products' processing times can be delayed from 5 - 9 days after you purchase.
Can I receive tracking information?
If you haven't received your tracking information, it is most likely just an error in our email system. Please email us, and we will happily respond with your tracking information in 12 - 36 hours.
Why haven't I gotten an order shipment notification yet?
Our orders can take up to 2-9 days to be processed. After this, the package is sent off to the shipping courier to be shipped to the customer. It may take up to 3 days for the tracking number to be sent to us, and once we receive the tracking number you will receive your shipment confirmation email.
Why is my order "Delivered" on the tracking but not here?
Please ask your caretaker or neighbors if they don't have it. You can also get your tracking number and contact the nearest post office to see if the package is there. This is often the case in this type of situation.
I only received 1 product out of the 3 articles in my order...
It's totally normal! We sometimes ship products in different parcels.
Can I get a refund?
